Terms and Conditions for Legal Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to NeoITLawAssistPro.com ("we", "us", "our"). We provide specialized legal services tailored to the IT sector. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and any contracts between you and us. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2025.

2. Scope of Services

We offer a comprehensive range of legal services including intellectual property protection, data privacy and compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory advice, dispute resolution, and related advisory services. Services will be described in detail in individual engagement letters or service agreements.

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on hourly rates or fixed fees as agreed in writing. Invoices will be issued monthly or upon completion of milestones. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5% per month.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for the highest client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the conditions set out below.

4.1 Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must request it in writing within 30 days of the date on which services commenced. Refunds apply only to fees paid for services that have not been fully rendered.

4.2 Process

Submit your refund request via email or through our online form. Your request must include details of the services, invoice numbers, and reasons for dissatisfaction. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to process any approved refunds within 30 days.

4.3 Exclusions

No refunds will be provided for work already delivered, completed drafting, court filings, government or third-party fees, or services performed beyond the preliminary consultation. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion based on the extent of services already rendered.

5. Confidentiality

We are bound by professional confidentiality obligations. All information provided by you will be treated as privileged and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or court order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
